Our Terms

Upon their arrival, guests will be given the keys to access the B&B, to be totally independent.

- Check-in: from 08:00 to 23:00
- Check-out: from 07:00 to 10:30.

Please communicate your arrival time, because the reception is not open 24 hours on 24. Write to Giovanni: g.strada13@libero.it


Breakfast, coffee-break and snack

Italian and international buffet breakfast and includes coffee' Nespresso, American coffee Nescafe', milk, rich choice of tea, chamomile, barley for bigger and chocolate for the children, yogurt, fruit juices large and small, croissants or snacks, cereals, biscuits, assorted jams, biscuits, butter, honey and home-made cakes and water bottles.

Food and drinks are always available to customers... please do not abuse! for the respect of the other guestes of the bed and breakfast Il Center 2 Rooms.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

For stays longer than 2 nights, and during the high season requires a prepayment of 30%. This amount is non-refundable if cancellation is made 4 days before date of your arrival. Then if cancellation is made the day before your arrival, one night on BB basis will be charged. No-show will be charged 100%, therefore no refund will be awarded.

Deposit can be made via bank transfer (our IBAN will be provided upon confirmation of booking) via e-mail.

Or via PayPal (even to pay with your credit card or debit card as a PayPal user not registered).

The balance due in cash upon arrival of the guests.

If the reservation is made just 4 days before your arrival, we'll not require any deposit (as there would be no time to make bank transfer) but we require your credit card as a guarantee of the your reservation.


At home, smoking is not permitted.

Children 0/3 years are FREE if sharing room with parents.

Small Pets are not allowed.

Rates and City Tax

Our rates are per room per night and include breakfast in the common place in the livinig room, private kays, Linens & Towels, Wi-Fi free and City Tax (€ 3,5 per person per night).
